1007 PolyUrea Spray
The 1007 PolyUrea Spray is a two-component, 100% solids, rapid-set, high-performance polyurea elastomer coating. It is designed for exceptional physical properties, hydrolytic stability, and low permeability, making it ideal for industrial and commercial applications.

Preparation Guidelines
- Concrete must cure for 28 days and be cleaned to pH 8.0–11.0.
- Perform a Moisture Vapor Test and ensure a 2-3 mil surface profile.
- Repair cracks, bug holes, and spalls before application.
Application Process
- Prime: Use ASTC PenPrime for optimal results, applying 2–4 hours before spraying 1007.
- Spray: Use heated high-pressure equipment with a minimum heat of 160°F and fluid pressure of 2,000 psi.
- Cure: Curing time is 24–48 hours at 70°F.
Limitations
- Avoid wet surfaces or exposure to moisture.
- Store kits between 40°F and 100°F, away from direct sunlight.
- Always preheat and mix Part B before use.
