800 Adhesive Sealer: Self-Leveling, High-Bond, Chemically Resistant Bonding Material

The 800 is a single-component adhesive sealer and self-leveling bonding material with high chemical resistance. It is used where a chemically resistant, self-leveling bonding layer is needed on horizontal surfaces and for bonding and impregnating applications. Single component – no mixing. Sold in 1, 5 and 55 gallon units.

Typical Uses

Self-leveling adhesive / bonding layer on floors and horizontal surfaces.
Polyester cloth impregnating and fiberglass modular tank bonding (800 self-leveling slow).
Rigid to semi-flexible, chemical resistant sealant applications (diesel, jet fuel and hydraulic fluid exposure) in combination with ASTC 830.

Limitations

Do not use on wet or contaminated surfaces. Keep out of direct sunlight and store at room temperature on wood pallets.
