Urethane Membrane: Slow or Fast Speed Single-Component Membrane
The ASTC Urethane Membrane is a single-component urethane membrane coating available in slow or fast speed versions. Single component – no mixing. Sold in 3, 15 and 165 gallon units.
Unique Properties
- Urethane Membrane: seamless urethane membrane coating for concrete and other substrates.
- Slow or Fast Speed: available in a slow set and a fast set version – specify before ordering.
- Single Component: no mixing ratio to measure.
Application Notes
- Concrete must have a minimum 28-day cure prior to application. Remove any curing agent, form release materials, oils, wax, moisture or any material that may affect bonding and provide a rough profile.
- Prime as required with the ASTC 7001 PenPrime; ASTC urethane, polyurea and epoxy systems are designed to be used together as a “systems approach” with the 8000 CMW vapor barrier treatment on concrete.
- Product will set faster in hot or warm conditions and slower in cool or cold conditions.
Limitations
- Do not use on wet surfaces. Keep out of direct sunlight and store at room temperature on wood pallets.
